Weekly Fishing Report (August 14, 2026) — Table Rock Lake
Cranking season is in full swing on Table Rock. Coy Hines' latest weekly report covers what's biting, where to find them, and the exact baits to throw — straight from the boat.
This Week's Conditions on Table Rock
Bass have settled into a strong post-spawn pattern. Coy is marking schooled fish in the 15 to 18 foot range on main-lake points and secondary points wherever bait is holding. Watch your graph — when you see the bait, the fish are usually right under it.
What's Biting and Where
- Topwater window early — long tapering flats and main-lake points from first light to roughly 9 a.m. After that, fish drop back down.

Topwater Window — Bone & Sexy Shad
The Heddon Super Spook Jr in bone is the go-to right now. Switch to sexy shad when the water cleans up a hair. The Jr (3-inch) matches the bait size on the lake. Walk it across long tapering points and main-lake points first thing in the morning.
